After a successful VoltPay purchase, check the payment confirmation for its redemption code. Sign in to the A2E account that should receive the plan, open Plans & Pricing, choose the corresponding VoltPay option, and enter the code in the VoltPay redemption flow. Payment alone may not activate the plan until redemption is completed.
If you cannot find the code, it is rejected, or the benefits still do not appear, contact contact@a2e.ai with your account email, order ID and payment screenshot. Do not post the code publicly.
