Service Quality Refunds
A2E.AI provides free trial credits to all new users upon registration, as well as complimentary daily credits for ongoing use. Because users have the opportunity to evaluate our service quality before making any purchase, we generally do not accept refund requests based on dissatisfaction with service quality or output results.
Accidental Purchase Refunds
We understand that purchases can sometimes be made in error. If you believe you have made an accidental purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility
Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to contact@a2e.ai using the email address associated with your A2E.AI account, and include all of the following:
- Reason for the refund request — briefly explain why the purchase was made in error.
- Proof of payment — a screenshot of the payment confirmation from your original payment method (e.g., bank statement, credit card transaction), to help us process the refund back to the correct payment channel.
- A2E.AI payment confirmation email — the purchase confirmation email sent by A2E.AI at the time of payment, so we can verify the transaction date and time.
- A2E.AI Payment History screenshot — a screenshot of your Payment History page within the A2E.AI platform, so we can locate the corresponding payment record and transaction ID.
Processing Timeline
- Refund requests will receive a response within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Partial Usage & Pro-Rated Refunds
If any credits from the purchased plan have already been used at the time of the refund request, the refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rated basis, reflecting only the unused portion of the credits.
Important note for discounted plans (e.g., annual subscriptions): If you purchased a plan at a discounted rate — such as an annual subscription — and have used a portion of the credits, the pro-rated calculation will be based on the equivalent monthly plan rate (the higher, non-discounted tier), not the discounted annual rate.
Example: If you purchased an annual plan at a discounted price but used one month’s worth of credits before requesting a refund, the cost of that one month will be deducted at the full monthly plan price before calculating your refund. This ensures fairness for all customers and prevents users from benefiting from annual discounts while only using the service for a short period.
