Sign in to the A2E account used for the purchase and open Billing to view your payment history and available receipt or invoice download. If the document is missing or the link does not work, email contact@a2e.ai with your account email, order or transaction ID, purchase date, and a screenshot of the Billing page. Support can check the specific payment.

After a successful VoltPay purchase, check the payment confirmation for its redemption code. Sign in to the A2E account that should receive the plan, open Plans & Pricing, choose the corresponding VoltPay option, and enter the code in the VoltPay redemption flow. Payment alone may not activate the plan until redemption is completed.

If you cannot find the code, it is rejected, or the benefits still do not appear, contact contact@a2e.ai with your account email, order ID and payment screenshot. Do not post the code publicly.

Daily bonus credits require you to sign in and complete the Check-in action each day; they are not automatically added. If the action does not work, refresh the page and try another browser or a private window. Check that you are using the correct account and that the bonus has not already been claimed for the day.

If it still fails, email contact@a2e.ai with your account email, a screen recording or screenshot, your browser and version, and your country or region so support can investigate.

Buying another Pro one-time plan before your current period ends extends the service period. It does not work as an instant credit top-up. Renewal credits are released according to the schedule shown in Billing, usually when the new period begins. If you need credits now, buy a separate top-up. If the date or amount shown in Billing looks wrong, email contact@a2e.ai with your account email and order ID.

First check that you are signed in to the A2E account used for the purchase. Open Billing and compare the successful order, plan expiry and next credit release date. A plan renewal may extend the service period without releasing credits immediately; a separate top-up is intended for immediate credits. If you paid through a provider that issued a redemption code, complete that provider’s redemption step.

If the purchase still does not appear, email contact@a2e.ai with your A2E account email, payment provider, order or transaction ID, and a receipt screenshot. Do not send your full card number or password.

The current Pro one-time 30-day plan includes 1,500 upfront credits and 60 daily credits that you can claim by checking in, for up to 3,300 credits during the 30-day term. Missed daily claims are not added later. Credit amounts on older plans may differ; check your own Billing page and the current pricing page.

If you renew a one-time plan before your current period ends, the additional period is added to the end of the current one. Renewal credits follow the schedule in Billing and are not an instant top-up. If you need credits immediately, choose a separate credit top-up.

Open Profile to review your plan, and Billing to see purchases, expiry and the next scheduled credit release. A repeat purchase of a one-time plan can extend the service period without immediately adding its next batch of plan credits. For a billing discrepancy, contact contact@a2e.ai with your account email and order or transaction ID.

Current one-time A2E plans and credit top-ups do not renew automatically, so they do not require cancellation to prevent another charge. To check the billing arrangement for your own account, open Profile and Billing. If an older recurring subscription is still shown, use its Manage option or email contact@a2e.ai for help. Deleting your account is not a substitute for checking billing.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately, the corresponding monthly credits will be immediately added to your account, and you’ll be charged the new amount in full. If you downgrade, the change will take effect immediately and you will lose your privilege as a paid user.

Unused credits included with a time-limited plan do not roll over to its next service period. Separately purchased credit top-ups remain in your account after the plan ends and do not expire until used. Check Billing for your own plan and credit schedule.

A credit top-up is a separate one-time purchase of extra credits. Purchased top-up credits do not expire and remain available after a time-limited plan ends. A top-up is different from renewing a plan: it is intended to add credits after a successful purchase, while a plan renewal follows its scheduled credit-release date.

Open current Pricing to see the available packages, credit amounts and payment methods for your region. If you paid but do not see the credits, check Billing and contact contact@a2e.ai with your account email and order ID.

You can try A2E tools in the web app with the Free plan, but the current pricing page lists API access under paid Pro and Ultra plans. To evaluate an API integration, review the developer documentation and create an API token after you have an eligible plan. For an enterprise or limited evaluation arrangement, email contact@a2e.ai with your use case. A free account does not automatically include production API access.

There are no hidden fees. You pay for the credits, and you use those credits according to our fee schedule. You can review the pricing details on our website before making a purchase.

No, you can sign up and enjoy the free trial without entering any credit card information.

A2E generally does not refund purchases solely because you are dissatisfied with service quality or generated output after using the free trial. If you made an accidental purchase, you may be eligible to request a refund within 7 days of the purchase. If some purchased credits have already been used, any approved refund is calculated under the partial-usage rules in the current Refund Policy.

Email contact@a2e.ai from the address associated with your A2E account. Include the reason, proof of payment, A2E purchase confirmation email, and a screenshot of your A2E payment history. Support will review eligibility; do not send your full card number or password.

Available payment methods vary by region and by the plan or credit package you choose. Open Plans & Pricing and select the purchase option to see the methods currently available to your account. If a payment provider gives you a redemption code, complete its redemption step before checking for plan benefits. For a failed or missing payment, contact contact@a2e.ai with your account email and order or transaction ID.
