A credit top-up is a separate one-time purchase of extra credits. Purchased top-up credits do not expire and remain available after a time-limited plan ends. A top-up is different from renewing a plan: it is intended to add credits after a successful purchase, while a plan renewal follows its scheduled credit-release date.
