Why did an early Pro renewal not add credits immediately?

Buying another Pro one-time plan before your current period ends extends the service period. It does not work as an instant credit top-up. Renewal credits are released according to the schedule shown in Billing, usually when the new period begins. If you need credits now, buy a separate top-up. If the date or amount shown in Billing looks wrong, email contact@a2e.ai with your account email and order ID.

Why can’t I claim my daily check-in credits?

Daily bonus credits require you to sign in and complete the Check-in action each day; they are not automatically added. If the action does not work, refresh the page and try another browser or a private window. Check that you are using the correct account and that the bonus has not already been claimed for the day.If it still fails, email contact@a2e.ai with your account email, a screen recording or screenshot, your browser and version, and your country or region so support can investigate.

Where can I find a receipt or invoice for my purchase?

Sign in to the A2E account used for the purchase and open Billing to view your payment history and available receipt or invoice download. If the document is missing or the link does not work, email contact@a2e.ai with your account email, order or transaction ID, purchase date, and a screenshot of the Billing page. Support can check the specific payment.

First check that you are signed in to the A2E account used for the purchase. Open Billing and compare the successful order, plan expiry and next credit release date. A plan renewal may extend the service period without releasing credits immediately; a separate top-up is intended for immediate credits. If you paid through a provider that issued a redemption code, complete that provider's redemption step.If the purchase still does not appear, email contact@a2e.ai with your A2E account email, payment provider, order or transaction ID, and a receipt screenshot. Do not send your full card number or password.

How many credits can I get with a subscription?

The current Pro one-time 30-day plan includes 1,500 upfront credits and 60 daily credits that you can claim by checking in, for up to 3,300 credits during the 30-day term. Missed daily claims are not added later. How do I request an A2E referral bonus payout?

Open Referral Bonus while signed in to your A2E account and use the bonus payout button shown there. If your referral credits or payout amount do not appear, contact contact@a2e.ai with your account email and the relevant referral details so support can review your account.
